K-12 Annual Verification

Thank you for being a part of the Cedar Rapids Community School District. To ensure a smooth start to the upcoming 2026 – 2027 school year, all returning families must complete the Annual Verification process. This ensures that emergency contacts, health information, and consent forms are accurate and up-to-date.

Important Information for Families

Preschool Students

Annual Verification is not required for preschoolers.
To register a new 4-year old preschool student, please complete preschool registration.

Custody Changes or Foster parents
If custody changes have been made or changed regarding your student, please contact your school to work with them to make those changes. Foster parents should provide DHS placement letter or other documentation to the student’s school office.
